Those lawyers are solely responsible for the advice and services they provide. ATJustice DOES NOT ENDORSE ANY LAWYERS AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEGAL ADVICE OR SERVICES PROVIDED.

Attorney-Client Relationship. Because ATJustice does not provide legal advice or services, any attorney-client relationship between the attorney or attorneys and the client(s) represented by those attorneys. When choosing to use ATJustice to help find an attorney, parties thereby agree to appoint ATJustice as their agent for the limited purposes of helping to find a suitable attorney, to use confidential information passed along by the party solely for that purpose, and to confidentially pass information from the party to the attorney that may be helpful in the representation. Courts of law are the final arbiter of what information may or may not be subject to protection from disclosure by attorney-client privilege, the work product doctrine, or any other applicable privilege, but ATJustice will seek to claim all applicable privileges on any information provided to it in confidence by parties in the process of seeking legal representation by qualified lawyers. ATJustice will also take other reasonable and appropriate steps to keep all such information completely confidential and subject to any applicable protections.

Trademarks, Copyright & Database Rights. ATJustice owns the copyright to the content of this website (including without limitation all images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, trademarks, service marks, the "look" and "feel", color combinations, button shapes, layout, design, graphical elements, arrangement of items, written and other materials that appear on this website, HTML and other code and all copyrightable or otherwise legally protectable elements) and all database rights (collectively, the “Content”). We have the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense against any Claims and all negotiations for settlement and you agree to cooperate with us, at our request, in the defense of any such Claims.

Termination. Our Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or ATJustice. You may terminate your acceptance of your agreement with us on a going-forward basis only by discontinuing any further use of our website and services, in which case the terms and conditions will continue to govern your prior use of our site and services, wherever reasonably applicable. ATJustice may also terminate, discontinue, amend, or suspend our Terms and Conditions at any time and may do so immediately without notice. ATJustice may may deny users access to our website and services for any reason or no reason.

Severance & Waiver. If any provision of our Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of our Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of our Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Nothing in our Terms and Conditions is intended to confer on any third party (whether referred to in our Terms and Conditions by name, class, description or otherwise) any benefit or any right to enforce any provision of our Terms and Conditions or any agreement entered into in connection with it.

Governing Law. Any claim relating to the use of this website and the materials contained herein is governed by Pennsylvania law and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pennsylvania Courts.

Miscellaneous. Our Terms and Conditions cannot be modified except as described herein. You may not make or initiate any claim, demand or action against us, regardless of form or the basis of the claim, more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen (or if multiple causes, from the date the first such cause arose).

Terms Applicable to Attorneys registering with ATJustice for referrals
Any attorney who is licensed, has active status, and is authorized to practice law in the United States may apply to become part of the ATJustice Attorney Registry (“Registry”). Eligibility to apply does not guarantee acceptance or continued inclusion in the Registry. ATJustice may decide, in its sole discretion, what attorneys to include, taking into account available attorney reviews, reported client satisfaction, responsiveness to ATJustice communications, any past disciplinary actions, the pendency of any current disciplinary actions or investigations, failure to renew and/or update listings upon request, and/or any other factors ATJustice deems relevant.

Attorney Representations and Obligations. By registering with ATJustice you hereby agree and affirm that:

All information you submit (including credentials, rates, and other information) is accurate and current

You will promptly update changes to your license status or practice details

In representing clients referred to you by ATJustice, you will comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct

You are solely responsible for the content of your registry listing

If ATJustice inadvertently publishes or supplies any erroneous information, your sole remedy is to notify ATJustice of the error so that it may be corrected by ATJustice

No Endorsement. Inclusion in the Registry does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by ATJustice.
​
No Client Screening or Qualification. ATJustice does not screen or qualify clients and bears no responsibility for client actions or suitability.
​
Client Ratings and Reviews. ATJustice may permit users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, or feedback (“Reviews”). Where a listed attorney believes that a Review is false or fraudulent, the attorney may notify ATJustice and ATJustice may remove the Review if, in the reasonable discretion of ATJustice, it appears that the Review is false of fraudulent.

Reviews do not reflect ATJustice’s views

ATJustice bears no responsibility or liability for Reviews, beyond its agreement to consider removing Reviews upon receipt of sufficient evidence that a Review is false or fraudulent
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATJustice shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. ATJustice’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed $100.
Indemnification. Attorney agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ATJustice from all claims arising from or making allegations about their own conduct in dealing with referred clients and potential clients.
License to Display Content. Attorney grants ATJustice a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display Attorney-submitted content.
