From time to time we may change the terms that govern your use of our website and our services. You should therefore check these terms and conditions regularly. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as existing whenever you use the website.

No Legal Services Provided. ATJustice DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE OR LEGAL SERVICES. ATJustice may help connect you to a lawyer who may provide you with legal services. Lawyers that you connect to, with or without the help of ATJustice, are solely responsible for the advice and services they provide. ATJustice DOES NOT ENDORSE ANY LAWYERS AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEGAL ADVICE OR SERVICES PROVIDED.

Attorney-Client Relationship. Because ATJustice does not provide legal advice or services, your attorney-client relationship will be with the attorney or attorneys whom you ultimately retain to assist you. By using the services of ATJustice, you are agreeing to appoint ATJustice as your agent for the limited purposes of helping you to locate a suitable attorney and to pass information from you to your attorney that may be helpful in the representation. Accordingly, any information that you provide to ATJustice may be passed along to your attorney through this agency relationship. ATJustice will otherwise take reasonable and appropriate steps to keep all such information completely confidential in order to protect applicable attorney-client privileges as part of your seeking legal representation with the assistance of ATJustice.

Trademarks, Copyright & Database Rights. ATJustice owns the copyright to the content of this website (including without limitation all images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, trademarks, service marks, the "look" and "feel", color combinations, button shapes, layout, design, graphical elements, arrangement of items, written and other materials that appear on this website, HTML and other code and all copyrightable or otherwise legally protectable elements) and all database rights (collectively, the “Content”). The modification, copying, distribution or incorporation into any other work of part or all of this site or its content is prohibited. All rights are reserved.

Links. This website includes links to connect to third party websites. Linked third party websites are not under the control of ATJustice and ATJustice is not responsible for the contents of any linked third party websites. Links to other third party websites is not an endorsement by ATJustice of the linked company, website content, or the products or services offered by the third party or on its website. If you choose to access a third party website through any links provided by ATJustice, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Prohibitions. You represent, warrant and agree that you will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) our website for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law. You may not:

Post or transmit to or from this website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, indecent or pornographic material;
Post or transmit and from this website any material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including material which is an invasion of any privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or any other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or relevant right holder;

Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of this website, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or "crashing";

Indemnification. You agree to defend ATJustice against all claims, demands, or actions (“Claims”) arising from or incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, and you shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any expenses, losses, damages and costs (including but not limited to reasonable legal costs and disbursements) resulting from any such Claims. We have the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense against any Claims and all negotiations for settlement and you agree to cooperate with us, at our request, in the defense of any such Claims.

Termination. Our Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or ATJustice. You may terminate your acceptance of your agreement with us on a going-forward basis only by discontinuing any further use of our website. ATJustice may also terminate, discontinue or suspend our Terms and Conditions at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly we may deny you access to our website for any reason or no reason.

Severance & Waiver. If any provision of our Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of our Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of our Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Entire Agreement. Except as provided herein, these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ATJustice, and your use of our website supersedes any prior understanding or agreements, whether written or oral.

No Third Party Rights. Nothing in our Terms and Conditions is intended to confer on any third party (whether referred to in our Terms and Conditions by name, class, description or otherwise) any benefit or any right to enforce any provision of our Terms and Conditions or any agreement entered into in connection with it.

Governing Law. Any claim relating to the use of this website and the materials contained herein is governed by Pennsylvania law and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pennsylvania Courts.

As Is and As Available. OUR WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE MADE AVAILABLE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY RELATING TO TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOU HAVE APPROPRIATE SCANNING AND PROTECTIVE MECHANISMS FOR THE SECURITY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT, PROGRAMS AND INFORMATION AND BY USING OUR WEBSITE YOU ARE ASSUMING ALL RISK OF LOSS THAT MAY ARISE.

Disclaimer of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST AND EXPENSE OF ANY KIND, DIRECT AND INDIRECT, IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM OUR WEBSITE CONTENT, ANY ACTION TAKEN (OR NOT TAKEN) AS A RESULT OF OUR SITE OR CONTENT OR OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR BASIS OF CLAIM AND WHETHER OR NOT ANY PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

To the extent that any of these exclusions or limitations of liability are expressly prohibited by law, those prohibited parts will not apply but all remaining terms and conditions will continue to apply to the fullest lawful extent. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Miscellaneous. Our Terms and Conditions cannot be modified except as described herein or in a written amendment signed by our authorized representative. You may not make or initiate any claim, demand or action against us, regardless of form or the basis of the claim, more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen (or if multiple causes, from the date the first such cause arose).

Terms Applicable to Attorneys registering with ATJustice for referrals

Any attorney who is licensed, has active status, and is authorized to practice law in the United States may apply for a free Directory listing. Eligibility to apply does not guarantee acceptance or continued inclusion. ATJustice may decide, in its sole discretion, what attorneys to list, taking into account available attorney reviews, reported client satisfaction, responsiveness to ATJustice communications, any past disciplinary actions, the pendency of any current disciplinary actions or investigations, failure to renew and/or update listings upon request, and/or any other factors ATJustice deems relevant.

Attorney Representations and Obligations. By registering with ATJustice you hereby agree and affirm that:

All information you submit (including credentials, rates, and other information) is accurate and current
You will promptly update changes to your license status or practice details
In representing clients referred to you by ATJustice, you will comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct
You are solely responsible for the content of your listing
If ATJustice inadvertently publishes any erroneous information, your sole remedy is to notify ATJustice of the error so that it may be corrected by ATJustice

No Endorsement. Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by ATJustice.

No Client Screening or Qualification. ATJustice does not screen or qualify clients and bears no responsibility for client actions or suitability.

Client Ratings and Reviews. ATJustice may permit users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, or feedback (“Reviews”). Where a listed attorney believes that a review is false or fraudulent, the attorney may notify ATJustice and ATJustice may remove the review if, in the reasonable discretion of ATJustice, it appears that the review is false of fraudulent.

You acknowledge that:

Reviews are third-party content
ATJustice does not endorse or verify Reviews
Reviews do not reflect ATJustice’s views
ATJustice bears no responsibility or liability for Reviews, beyond its agreement to consider removing reviews upon receipt of evidence that a review is false or fraudulent

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATJustice shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. ATJustice’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed $250.

Indemnification. Attorney agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ATJustice from all claims arising from:

Attorney referrals from ATJustice
Any client engagement or attempted engagement
Attorney’s legal services or conduct
Reviews or other user-submitted content

License to Display Content. Attorney grants ATJustice a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display Attorney-submitted content.
